Specifically, in the Cost category, where our clients were asked to rate, “How closely did your final total costs correspond to your expectation at the beginning of the transaction”, Oculus received 98 out of 100 possible points, demonstrating our ability to efficiently and effectively execute tasks, avoid re-work, and reduce unnecessary costs.
As an IT consultant and entrepreneur, Oculus President and CEO Dr. Mary Wu has won numerous awards such as the 2009 Enterprising Woman award given by Enterprising Women Magazine for her contributions to innovative IT solutions and her support of other minority Woman-Owned Small Businesses. Under her leadership, Oculus has developed a staff of senior, experienced professionals who lead our practices and manage projects, as well as young and bright people who support them in the successful execution of projects. We have a diverse staff of accomplished professionals who are exceptional in their fields. We hire highly educated individuals who are problem-solvers in the federal technology industry and are excited by challenging work. Our staff is dedicated to their work and Oculus, as evidenced by our lower-than-industry turnover ratio.
