Since our inception in 2000, Oculus has been providing high-quality, cost-effective IT services to federal and commercial clients. Oculus has repeatedly demonstrated our ability and commitment to helping clients improve operational effectiveness and efficiency through innovative IT solutions. Our clients include many large federal agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Department of the Treasury, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the General Services Administration (GSA), among others.

We do what’s best for our clients, and our record speaks for itself. In a recent Dun & Bradstreet survey of Oculus’s federal clients, we received 96 out of 100 possible points for overall project performance. Specifically, in the Cost category, where our clients were asked to rate, “How closely did your final total costs correspond to your expectation at the beginning of the transaction”, Oculus received 98 out of 100 possible points, demonstrating our ability to efficiently and effectively execute tasks, avoid re-work, and reduce unnecessary costs. In 2011, our clients at Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for the Enterprise Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and Technical Support project gave us an “Exceptional” rating (the highest rating possible) for all categories including schedule, quality, and cost. Additionally, a client with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) called us “…a vendor from Heaven.”
